I am currently completing my Pilates Instructor Training through Club Pilates and look forward to creating a Pilates session for you.

All sessions will be conducted at Club Pilates Alexandria. The Studio charges a $10 fee for the session; you must arrive early to sign a studio waiver, and please bring sticky socks for your practice!
